MRI FEATURES OF MESIAL TEMPORAL SCLEROSIS
Mnemonic - MAFIA.
M-Mammillary body atrophy A-Amygdala atrophy and Atrophied Hippocampus. F- Fornix atrophy I- ipsilateral parahippocampal white matter tract atrophy A- atrophied or small Temporal Lobe with enlarged temporal horn.
