P - Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum
E - Ehlers-Danlos Disease
P - Paget's Disease
Si - Sickle Cell Anemia
I - Idiopathic (50% - Most Common)
Rare etiologies include patients with peptic ulcer, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, breast cancer, metastatic cancer, rheumatoid spondylitis, and heart disease.
