Diagnostic features
1. Symptoms and signs of hypoglycaemia: confusion, personality changes, tachycardia, seizure, stupor, coma, focal neurologic findings.
2. Blood sugar levels below 40 mg/dL.
3. Immediate recovery from attack following the administration of glucose.
